Private by default
Files you upload are stored in private storage — they are never placed on public links. During analysis, Quillonis opens a short-lived, signed link that expires automatically once processing finishes.
Your documents stay yours
Every document and conversation is bound to your account. Other clients cannot see, search, or edit your records under any circumstance.
How AI reads your files
When you request an analysis, the document is processed by a secure AI model that extracts the summary, key details, action items, and risk flags. The extracted report is stored on your record so you can ask questions about it later.
Activity is logged
Each upload, analysis, and report view is recorded in an activity log attached to the document, so there is always a trace of what happened and when.
